Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Web Developer to join our team of talented engineers. This role involves leading the development of complex, high-traffic web applications for enterprise clients and helping to shape the technological direction of our projects. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with large-scale projects and a solid understanding of both front-end and back-end development, with the ability to design, implement, and optimize complex architectures. Experience with AI-driven technologies and working with large/enterprise clients is a major plus.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of high-traffic, enterprise-level web applications.
- Design and develop highly scalable and maintainable codebases using modern technologies (JavaScript, Node.js, Python, Ruby, etc.).
- Implement and optimize front-end architecture using frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Develop complex back-end systems using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, AI specialists) to define and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
- Work with databases, both relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB), ensuring efficient data management.
- Explore and integrate AI-driven solutions and technologies that enhance user experience or operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance for web applications with high traffic.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across projects.
- Ensure code quality, best practices, and compliance with security standards.
- Collaborate with enterprise clients to translate their requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with significant exposure to both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Proven experience with large-scale or enterprise-level projects.
- Expertise in modern front-end technologies (React, Vue.js, Angular) and back-end frameworks (Node.js, Ruby on Rails, Python/Django).
- Strong understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to architect complex systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience working closely with enterprise clients and cross-functional teams.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with AI tools and platforms.
- Experience integrating AI technologies (e.g., AI-driven personalization, recommendation engines, or machine learning).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of serverless architecture.
- Experience with automated testing and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
