Conduit Digital, located in Toms River, NJ, is searching for a Paid Search (PPC) Analyst to join our rapidly growing team. If you are looking for an opportunity to use your expertise and further develop your digital marketing career, this is the opportunity for you! We are looking for someone who possesses at least one year of previous search engine marketing experience as well as ad agency experience serving clients.
An ideal candidate for the Paid Search Analyst role will need to be an excellent team player and communicator who can engage in campaign strategy conversations while also executing PPC campaigns of various sizes and budgets.

Required Skills

Deep level of experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.

Ability to analyze and develop action items and optimizations for client accounts, including; keyword research, bid management, budget management, landing page analysis, competitor analysis, ad copy creation/optimization, extracting meaningful insights and narratives from campaign data, and CRO.

Ability to closely maintain internal processes and systems that scale with the growth of the PPC team

Must keep abreast with and forecast changes in the world of paid search and develop strategies that align with your predictions and discoveries.

Ability to collaborate with an internal team of paid search analysts to execute client strategies
What We’re Looking For You To Bring To The Table

1+ years of hands-on paid search experience (agency experience preferred)

Experience with writing great ad copy is a plus

Background in CRO practices is strongly preferred

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and or JavaScript is a big plus

A process-minded individual who can adapt to situations quickly

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage time efficiently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
