What we are looking for:

Amsive is hiring an Account Manager, Customer Experience, with prior experience in omnichannel marketing with a focus on Direct Mail campaigns. We are seeking a client-facing professional who combines operational discipline with strategic thinking and thrives in a fast-paced setting. 

We’re looking for an Account Manager who brings a curiosity for marketing, thirst for learning, strong problem-solving skills, and sharp attention to detail. The right candidate is dependable, able to work independently and collaboratively, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear, proactive communication with clients around timelines, performance, and scope. What You Will Be Doing 

  • Serve as the primary, day-to-day client partner, owning overall satisfaction, momentum, and delivery  
  • Build trusted, empathetic relationships with clients, deeply understand their business, and translate objectives into clear, actionable plans. 
  • Support Account Director in driving retention and identifying organic growth opportunities.  
  • Own program clarity and momentum across complex, cross-channel initiatives. Work moves forward because you are driving it.

  • Lead status meetings and guide cross-functional teams (Media, Creative, Data, Production) toward clear next steps.  
  • Oversee implementation and delivery of program commitments; manage scope changes by clearly communicating timing and budget implications.  
  • Support development of QBR and annual business review materials.  
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to refine optimization recommendations.

Who you are:  

  • 2-4+ years of experience managing omnichannel marketing programs across Direct Mail, Email, SEO, SEM, and paid media channels such as CTV and Linear TV. 
  • 2+ years of experience in an agency environment with proven success managing client relationships. 
  • Experience serving as the primary client point of contact for omnichannel campaigns. 
  • Skilled at compiling, documenting, and communicating client requirements across internal teams including creative, data, technology, media, and production. 
  • Strong written and verbal communicator brings clarity and confidence to every interaction. 
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects while maintaining trust and momentum. 
  • Strong grasp of marketing and communication principles. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Amsive is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to help build the next generation of our analytics platform within Microsoft Fabric. This is not a traditional reporting role, you will help design semantic models, develop scalable analytics solutions, build AI-enabled data experiences, and improve how business users consume data across our organization.

Working alongside Data Engineers, Solution Architects, Business Intelligence professionals, and Marketing teams, you'll help transform enterprise data into trusted, reusable assets that power reporting, AI applications, and operational decision making. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, embraces AI-assisted development, and constantly looks for better ways to build, automate, and deliver analytics. 

What You Will Be Doing:
 

Semantic Modeling & Analytics 

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI semantic models that support enterprise reporting and self-service analytics.

What We're Looking For: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.  
  • 3–5 years of experience designing analytical solutions using modern cloud data platforms.  
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Power BI, or comparable enterprise analytics platforms.  
  • Experience developing Power BI semantic models and writing DAX measures.

What we are looking for: 
 
The Associate Strategist, SEO will support Amsive Digital's organic and AI search clients across several industries including SaaS, e-commerce, higher education, healthcare, and finance. We’re looking for a curious problem solver to help lead a small team and support our wider department with content and technical strategies, and help develop impactful, data-driven SEO and AI search campaigns for our clients. The role is a steppingstone to becoming an independent team leader as a Strategist. 

You should have a passion for the digital world, a propensity to problem-solve, phenomenal attention to detail, and a boundless desire to learn. Our most successful team members are often both "right-brained" (creative) and "left-brained" (analytical). They are also strong team players, as collaboration and education are very important within our SEO department.  

What you will be doing:  
 

  • Help develop and own the strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day activities of SEO activities for a few key accounts 
  • Lead a handful of bi-weekly client cadence calls (assisted by your team and dedicated account coordinators or managers and/or directors, as needed) 
  • Grow into an independent SEO team leader   
  • Conduct comprehensive, prioritized site audits and proactively identify content and technical SEO opportunities that drive relevant organic visibility and traffic at scale   
  • Document recommended solutions in a concise and compelling manner, working with development teams to advise on implementation 
  • Ability to develop realistic business cases to convince clients to prioritize and implement SEO initiatives

Who you are:  
 

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience contributing to or managing successful SEO campaigns, including agency side 
  • Understanding of current SEO and AI search best practices, search engine ranking factors, intermediate marketing principles, and a strong grasp on how to help clients meet business goals as realistically as possible, setting the right expectations   
  • Intermediate understanding of concepts such as URL discovery, crawling, rendering, indexing, and ‘crawl budget’

What we are looking for:

The Associate Director, SEO will provide process, strategic leadership, and oversight for the organic services channel of Amsive. The Associate Director will primarily support resource development and management with the goal of increasing growth, retention, and efficiency. You will also support strategy and business development for Amsive’s organic services and assist in the day-to-day management of individual SEO programs or projects to ensure performance and profitability. While this role's primary focus is SEO, you will work closely with our Director of AEO/GEO to incorporate AI search recommendations into client strategies as part of a holistic approach to organic visibility.

What you will be doing:

Account Management & Business Development 
  • Oversee, advise, or assist in management of key accounts by building client relationships and managing project delivery as needed to ensure client retention and/or expansion. 
  • Support business development team on RFP’s, provide strategy PowerPoint presentations, and written proposals as needed. Support Account Directors and Strategists on upsells, program expansions, account cross-sells, or addendums for existing clients. 
  • Provide guidance through strategic and tactical input to team members for successful execution of SEO program or projects. 
  • Analyze performance data and help develop key insights for quarterly and annual business reviews for key accounts. 
  • Work closely with Account Directors and Strategists for SEO strategy alignment with client goals. 
  • Work closely with our Director of AEO/GEO to implement AI search (Answer Engine and Generative Engine Optimization) recommendations alongside SEO strategy; while this role's primary focus is SEO, you will partner closely with our AI search practice to deliver well-rounded organic results for clients.
  • Work closely with Business Development and Sales in developing SEO program or project plans and scope definitions. 
  • Support execution of strategies as needed for SEO clients. 
  • Review proposals and SOWs to ensure technology fees and resource hours are accurately scoped before Channel Director(s) approval and delivery to clients. 
  • Ensure accurate account resource time tracking across the organic services Channel; review tracked resource hours to ensure that execution time is within the expected ranges and recommend scope updates as needed. 
Training & Resource Development 
  • Directly manage 2+ SEO strategists of varying levels (associate-senior) and oversee the respective teams reporting to those strategists. 
  • Work with team members to develop basic, intermediate, and advanced SEO knowledge with the goal of advancing staff 1-2 levels within 2 years; inspire a love of SEO and digital marketing in all SEO team members.  
  • Develop and curate training curriculum and materials in partnership with other Associate Directors and Channel Director(s) to support organic services and education of SEO team members of all levels in all areas of SEO. 
  • Ensure existing organic training curriculum and materials are examined semi-annually and updated as needed, in partnership with Channel Director(s).  
  • Foster an intellectually challenging staff culture with the goal of driving continual learning and improvement across all team levels. 
  • Ensure timely interim and annual reviews are executed for all team members and that clear, tangible goals established through these reviews are regularly evaluated. 
  • Lead and facilitate SEO channel meetings and huddles, developing internal team communications and advancing team-wide learnings with industry best practices; ensure participation and critical thinking are exercised.  
  • Participate in company huddles and/or cross channel trainings as an SEO subject matter expert. 
  • Provide support and recognition for all SEO teams and effectively foster teamwork that drives motivation and retention.  
  • Participate in the training, individual development, onboarding, and mentoring of staff across all skills. 
Resource Management 
  • Support Channel and company hiring activities, conduct interviews and document evaluations for prospective and current employees as needed. 
  • Oversee procurement and management of external organic services contractors and freelancers; regularly evaluate, ensuring alignment with account and Channel budgets as well as adherence to standards of excellence. 
  • Evaluate, recommend, and contract vendors to support channel performance and profitability in partnership with the Channel Director(s). 
  • Support Channel Director(s) in managing and continually improving division workflow with thoughtful assignment of accounts across team members based on team capacity. 
  • Regularly analyze team capacity with strategists to ensure resource hours are spent efficiently and effectively using time tracking analytics. Report capacity back to Channel Director(s) on a monthly basis. 
Agency Services Development 
  • Contribute to organic search thought leadership, innovation, process improvement initiatives for the agency and its clients; execute in partnership with Channel Director(s).  
  • Keep abreast of industry developments, participate in internal marketing discussions, and facilitate knowledge transfer with the team as it impacts client work.  
  • Contribute to the development of new product offerings and practice innovations. Contribute to corporate initiatives, automation projects, process changes, and roll-outs. 
  • Develop tools to improve efficiency and advance the practice.
  • Recommend organic services measurements, monitoring, methodologies and platforms for agency adoption and execute in partnership with Channel Director. 

Who you are:
  • 7+ years of experience in organic search engine marketing, agency experience preferred 
  • Expert ability to plan and execute strategically to drive growth for both our clients and the company

What we are looking for: 

The Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary manufacturing production facility. Summary/Objective:

The Digital Print Manager is responsible for planning, strategizing the printing of all mail production, for managing the processes to ensure that all production procedures are efficient and enforced. This is a HYBRID position (1-2 days in office) located in New York, NY or Nashville, TN. 

What we are looking for:
 
The SEO Specialist will be responsible for supporting Amsive's organic programs, leading SEO and search-driven content and technical strategies for our clients. The candidate will be responsible for handling a range of program activities both independently and as part of a larger SEO strategy team. 
 
You should have a passion for the digital world, a propensity to problem-solve, phenomenal attention to detail, and a boundless desire to learn. Our most successful team members are often both "right-brained" (creative) and "left-brained" (analytical). They are also strong team players, as collaboration and education are very important within our SEO team.  
 
What you will be doing:  
 
  • Help define and execute SEO strategy for Amsive's SEO clients, with a focus on content strategy and optimization, B2B marketing, and local search   
  • Develop comprehensive keyword research documentation and strategic keyword evaluations  
  • Create search-optimized, compelling metadata content and website content  
  • Monitor and analyze site performance using a range of SEO and site analytics tools, provide reports in Looker Studio, Excel and PowerPoint  
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and provide recommended solutions, working with development teams to advise on implementation  
  • Assist account managers in translating client objectives into search marketing strategy  
  • Communicate with account managers and clients around SEO strategies, tactics, deliverables, and performance  
  • Stay up to date on current SEO industry trends and technologies, and communicate these trends to clients and the Amsive team  
  • Help guide and support analysts in their development, contributing to their growth in SEO while enhancing their technical and strategic SEO skills. 
 
Who you are:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related area  
  • 2-3+ years of experience contributing to or managing successful SEO programs, preferably in an agency setting   
  • Experience performing SEO for B2B and/or local businesses, including best practices related to lead generation, location optimization, content strategy, and visibility improvement across service-based or multi-location websites.
  • Experience with local SEO tools such as BrightLocal, Rio SEO, or similar platforms used for location management and performance tracking.  
  • Able to effectively communicate ideas and technical concepts both verbally and in writing to clients and team members. 
  • Consistently meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment by effectively prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Displays strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues and develop practical solutions, especially for complex technical SEO challenges. 
  • Skilled in managing time effectively to handle various tasks while delivering high-quality results on time. 
  • Experienced in building and maintaining strong client relationships, setting expectations, and ensuring successful strategy execution. 
  • Innovative in finding creative solutions to SEO and content challenges while balancing creativity with data-driven insights. 
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel  
  • Knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics/GA4, and other analytics tools  
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS and/or Python is a plus (curiosity and desire to improve in these areas is also a plus!)  
  • Experience using SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Botify, Lumar (DeepCrawl), Stat, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Conductor Searchlight/Content King, BrightEdge, or other keyword research tools 
  • Understanding of intermediate marketing principles and a strong grasp on how to help clients meet business goals
