About the Role
WebFX is seeking a candidate for our Marketing Account Management team! Our ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of experience in SEO/digital marketing, and is excited about working with clients in an agency setting. Existing experience in marketing is expected, but additional training will be provided on the job.
The Qualifications: Who You Are
Education:
- A Bachelor’s Degree: All majors welcome!
- GPA: 3.4 or above
Related Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in SEO/digital marketing, or 2 years experience in a market research or business analyst role
- Demonstrated ability to interpret marketing/business analytics
- Strong skills in data analysis
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Experience at a marketing/advertising agency (a bonus!)
Tools/Technical Skills:
- Excel/Google Suite
- Confident familiarity with using AI tools
- General knowledge of SEO and AI search visibility
- General knowledge of Google Ads and Analytics
- General knowledge of HTML

The Job Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
Client Relationship Management
(About 40% of your day)
- Serve as a partner and direct point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients, proactively providing industry insights and recommendations to drive their digital marketing success
- Build long-lasting relationships with your clients based on trust and rapport, and work to maintain our world-class retention rate
Marketing Campaign Strategy & Execution
(About 35% of your day)
- Develop and execute href=”https://www.webfx.com/about/offices/harrisburg/mansionfx/”>our riverside campus in Harrisburg, PA, with opportunities for this to evolve as Fxers advance in their career tenure.
