We are seeking a CRM programmer who will be a part of our development team and work on the customization, integration of the system-Microsoft Dynamics CRM so that it meets the business needs of our company and our customer-related functions run more smoothly.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To develop information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions with the use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications
- Develop customized solutions using JavaScript, .NET, and C#
- Integration and migration of CRM to other applications such as back-office applications
- Gathering, facilitating, and understanding functional requirements and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Performing a gap analysis between our requirements and the functionalities provided in CRM
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors’/Masters’ degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience developing .NET stack
- Knowledge of SQL and SSIS
- Thorough understanding of industry standards for CRM practices
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications is an added advantage
- Agile, Waterfall or PMP certified preferred
- General Programming Skills, Software Design and debugging, Software Documentation and testing, Analyzing information and Problem Solving, and the Software Development Process
- Good communication and documentation skills
